DLC Dog Training

DLC Dog Training believes the best way for dogs to learn how to behave in a home is to be trained in a home environment. All Board and Train Programs are “boot-camp-style” where the dog stays at the trainer’s home.

Dogs are hand-walked on a leash by a professional trainer for potty breaks and are never left alone in a fenced yard or kennel. They stay in a safe, clean, quiet home environment for fun, goal-oriented daily training sessions.

Only a few dogs are accepted at a time, so every dog is handled personally by one of the two trainers. Owners receive scheduled YouTube channel video updates to follow their dog’s progress.

Follow-up lessons are included in Board and Train packages to ensure owners know how to practice their dog’s new skills when they come home. Private lessons are also available, sold in packages, and occasional AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy and AKC CGC prep group programs are offered.

Board and Train programs include 2 Week Puppy Board and Train for $2,000.00, 3 Week Puppy Board and Train for $2,500.00, 4 Week Puppy Board and Train for $3,000.00, 4 Week Basic Obedience Board & Train for $3,000.00, and 6 Week Obedience Board and Train for $4,500.00.

Previous graduates can also book 1 Day Boarding Only for $100.00. All listed prices exclude sales tax.

Accomplishments

Trainers Donnie Cintron and Kasey Seeber have over 30 years of combined dog training experience, with hundreds of dogs trained through their board and train programs. Donnie’s background spans advanced obedience, protection, detection, Police K9 training, and WDA/IGP/PSA sport work, along with hands-on experience in the veterinary field.

Kasey is a certified AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and has titled dogs in AKC Obedience, IGP, WDA, and dock diving. Dogs they have trained and titled hold credentials including RN, CD, CDX, BH, AD, IPO2, IGP3, FPR3, PDC, BCAT, CGC, and TKN.

Clients can schedule a FREE in-person evaluation of their dog’s behavior and temperament at the Winchester training facility to determine if DLC Dog Training is the right fit.
