Dogs By Andy K-9 Services offers various training programs including On-Leash, On/Off-Leash, In-Kennel (Board and Train), Personal Protection, Search and Detection, Service Dog, and Obedience training.

On-Leash training consists of five weeks of private 45-minute to 1-hour weekly lessons. On/Off-Leash training is a ten-week program of private 45-minute to 1-hour weekly lessons. The In-Kennel program is a three-week board and train option. Protection, Search and Detection, and Service Dog training are customizable.

Pricing Summary

On-Leash Training is $1,100 for five weeks of private lessons. On/Off-Leash Training is $1,900 for ten weeks of private lessons. In-Kennel Training is $4,150 for three weeks. Pricing for Protection, Search and Detection, Service Dog, and Obedience training requires a quote.

For boarding, a one-night deposit is required for reservations, with a $75 nonrefundable deposit for holiday periods. Check-out is 11:00 a.m., with late check-outs incurring an additional night’s charge. Full payment is due at check-out. Surcharges apply for more than two feedings per day ($4.00) and nonessential vitamins/supplements ($4.00). Dogs in heat will incur a $100.00 per night boarding charge if isolated off-premise.

Policies

Reservations require a one night’s deposit, applied to the invoice at Check-Out. Holiday Period reservations require a $75 nonrefundable deposit. The front desk is closed on Sundays and major holidays for Check-In/Out.

Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.; pets checking out after this time incur an additional night’s charge. Non-holiday deposits are refundable if cancelled 48 hours prior to Check-In. Holiday deposits are nonrefundable. All pets must meet vaccination requirements. The business provides disposable collars, fleece beds, and a toy, but is not responsible for personal items. Owners are encouraged to bring pre-measured food; otherwise, high-quality food is provided at no charge. A $4.00 surcharge applies for more than two feedings per day or for nonessential vitamins/supplements not pre-bagged.

Staff administers veterinarian-prescribed medications (except injections) if brought in original, labeled containers. The business reserves the right to refuse pets not up to date on vaccinations or showing signs of illness/injury. Pets with fleas or ticks will receive a medicated bath at the owner’s expense. Spayed/neutered status is not required for boarding, but dogs in heat are not permitted and will be asked to be picked up immediately or isolated off-premise at a $100.00 per night charge. In emergencies, Dogs By Andy K-9 Services reserves the right to transport the animal to a veterinarian of their choice at the owner’s expense.
