Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them and usually shipped within 24 hours. COVID has impacted distributors and shipping companies, so shipping is expedited as quickly as possible.
International shipping is not available, and carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. All returns must be made to the manufacturer, though the company will attempt to accommodate returns or exchanges if possible.
Unopened food or treat products may be considered for exchanges on a case-by-case basis if direct return to the manufacturer is not feasible or accepted. Opened food or treat packages are not eligible for refunds.
