How to Get Started!

To get started, prospective clients must register in person at Mililani Christ Lutheran Church during the month preceding the start of a session. The church is located on the corner of Meheula Parkway and Lanikuhana Avenue, with parking lot entrance on Lanikuhana Avenue. Attendees should bring a completed registration form, which can be downloaded as a PDF-fillable form and typed on for clarity, or filled out in a browser and printed. For Newtown classes, a Pet Survey form should also be brought to registration. The registration form requires treating veterinarian clinic and phone number information.
