Off Leash K9 Training offers a satisfaction guarantee: if a client is not completely amazed and 100% satisfied after the first lesson, that lesson is free. For major behavioral issues like dog or people aggression, they state it is impossible to guarantee complete fixes during the 2-week board and train, but they can provide control and help manage these issues.

Regarding returns, purchased goods can only be returned in the same condition as received, including all instructions, documents, and wrappings. Damaged or worn goods will not be refunded.

Reimbursements are processed within 14 days using the original payment method. There is no right to cancel orders for personalized goods, rapidly deteriorating goods, unsealed goods for health/hygiene reasons, inseparably mixed goods, or digital content where performance has begun with prior consent.
