I would not recommend Petco for dog training, as there is zero communication about what is going on. I scheduled the Adult Dog Complete Package online on 08/19/22, and received my confirmation number, along with instructions on what to bring to class for 11/01/22. The day before class I received a text saying they were so excited to see my dog for class… The day of class, I show up at Gunbarrel Road, and was told that they haven’t had a trainer for weeks, and there would not be any classes… I wasted my time, money, gas, and the supplies I bought for the class. This is completely unacceptable, and I will not be going back.
