About the Trainer
Prairie Hills Retrievers is a business located on a small acreage in the rolling hills north of Kearney, Nebraska. They specialize in Field Bred Golden Retrievers and have had Golden Retrievers as a central part of their household for the past 26 years.
They occasionally have litters of high-quality, hunting retriever puppies for sale. In addition to breeding, they offer assistance with retriever training.
Their dogs are noted for being extraordinary athletes with strong drive, birdiness, a love for water, and excellent noses, making them well-suited for field work and hunting. They are also described as polite and relaxed in the home, and lovable companions.
Accomplishments
Their dogs hold titles such as SHR (Started Hunting Retriever) and HR (Hunting Retriever). One notable dog, Deacon (GRHRCH Thunderstruck Platte Valley Deacon MH WCX **), is highlighted as an outstanding field golden and is only the 28th golden retriever in history to earn the HRC’s title of Grand Hunting Retriever Champion.
