Southern Colorado Kennel Club

The Southern Colorado Kennel Club offers public dog training classes throughout the year at their training facility. They also offer AKC Virtual Rally and Agility Course Testing (ACT) sessions, which are open to both members and non-members.

Pricing Summary

Drop-in sessions are $10.00 per dog. Membership has an initial application fee of $10.00, plus $20.00 for a Family Membership or $15.00 for an Individual Membership.

Policies

Accomplishments

The Southern Colorado Kennel Club (SCKC) is a member club of the American Kennel Club (AKC). The club’s origins date back to the 1930s, with the first AKC sanctioned shows and obedience trials held on May 25, 1955.

SCKC officially became an AKC member club on December 13, 1988. They are also proud members of the Pueblo Chamber of Commerce and the Latino Chamber of Commerce of Pueblo.

How to Get Started!

To register for a class, interested individuals should fill out the form provided on their website, and an instructor will contact them. To become a member, interested individuals can download the membership application and bring it to a monthly meeting. Membership requires the signatures of two club members and attendance at two club meetings prior to acceptance.
