Policies

Proof of vaccination (Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper, Parvo) is required with no exceptions. Drop-off and pick-up hours are Monday–Friday 7 AM–6:30 PM, Saturday 7 AM–12 PM, Sunday closed. No arrivals or departures outside these hours. Daycare passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Boarding and training require scheduled appointments only.
