Afterward, a personalized service outline is provided, recommending specific programs such as Foundations (basic obedience and life skills) or Behavior Modification (for reactivity, fear, aggression). Options include private sessions, group classes, day training, hybrid board & train, and virtual coaching. All programs include follow-up support, training tools, and a positive experience.

Policies

All transactions are non-refundable. Cancellations within 10 minutes of a scheduled appointment may result in loss of payment. No refunds are issued for cancellations, even due to trainer delays or unavailability. Clients must file disputes with their credit card company if seeking reimbursement.

Accomplishments

Seren Maxwell is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer – Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA), Fear Free Professional, Certified Trick Dog Instructor, Certified Stunt Dog Judge, and Certified Canine Fitness Coach. She and her dog Brembo earned five titles in one weekend at the National Stunt Dog Championship in 2018, becoming the first team from New Hampshire and the first of their breed to achieve a Stunt Dog Champion title. Brembo starred in national TV commercials for McGovern Subaru, aired on CNN, HGTV, MTV, and Comedy Central. Seren is enrolled in advanced courses with Mike Shikashio and Kim Brophey and regularly attends continuing education seminars.
