Testimonials
“I board my doberman there almost every week and did the 3 week training program for her. She does amazing on a leash now and overall obedience is waaaay better. They also took care of her when she broke her toe and had her foot in a splint. Great place.”

“We sent our Belgian Malinois puppy, Freya, to B3 K9 Training for their beginner program, and we are beyond thrilled with the results! Freya came home a completely transformed dog–her progress was truly remarkable. The trainers kept us updated throughout her stay (even sent us pictures), guided us on how to maintain consistency at home, and clearly explained what to do (and what not to do) to support her training. Their professionalism and the peace of mind we felt leaving Freya in their care for four weeks were unmatched.”
– Client
“Greg is the awesome! One session with my GSD, Bear and it is like night and day. He walks so well on leash now. He gave me the confidence I needed. Also, I was impressed how his son Callan stepped in and helped with Bears reactivity with other dogs. They are truly a team! Thank God they are here in Gillette! THE BEST.”

About the Trainer
B3 K9 Training & Boarding is a dog training and boarding facility founded by Callan Brothers, who began training dogs at age 15 under the guidance of his father, Greg Brothers, a 26-year law enforcement veteran and certified K9 trainer. The team brings rigorous German police K9 training methods from the Landespolizeischule für Diensthundführer in Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock, Germany, focusing on identifying individual dog drives and behaviors to create customized, non-cookie-cutter training plans. They offer private and group obedience training, board and train programs, and specialized working dog training including narcotics detection, tracking, apprehension, and evidence location. B3 K9 is licensed by the Wyoming State Pharmacy Board and DEA to train dogs on real controlled substances, and they serve as the certifying body for North Dakota State Patrol narcotics teams. They also provide dog boarding with heated/air-conditioned indoor runs and large outdoor areas, professional grooming for all sizes, and pet supplies. Their training emphasizes long-term behavioral improvement over quick fixes, with ongoing client support and home guidance included in programs.
The trainers are certified AKC Good Citizen evaluators and have extensive experience with police, search and rescue, and personal protection dogs. They work with dogs of all ages and types, from puppies to seniors, and specialize in behavior modification for reactivity, leash pulling, separation anxiety, and more.
Callan currently serves on the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue Team with K9 Sully and is a Reserve Marshall, while Greg was the first K9 trainer for Gillette Police Department and certified over 20 years with the Wyoming Police Service Dog Association.
Accomplishments
Greg Brothers trained the first K9 program for Gillette Police Department and certified police K9s for 20 years through the Wyoming Police Service Dog Association. Callan Brothers started training at age 15, grew a client base to hundreds of dogs, and is a certified AKC Good Citizen evaluator. B3 K9 is the current certifying group for the North Dakota State Patrol narcotics teams. They have trained multiple certified police K9s in Wyoming, including those featured in local news.
