BCL Dog Training

From the moment she stepped into our home, she had an amazing understanding of both our puppies, Athena and Belle. Her expertise went beyond basic obedience training, focusing on both of their individual needs(which are very different). In the case of our first dog, who was very timid, she approached in a very slow friendly way easing her into everything and they became friends quickly. She was able to give our Belle so much more confidence on walks and even with us! In the case of Athena, who is a dog we found on the street who is pretty aggressive with other dogs including Belle, she gradually controlled the introduction and the aggression through numerous smart tactics and got them very comfortable together!!!! She has helped us carry the training back to our home, teaching us how to control them and how to not let the dog become the boss of you. Overall we have had a beyond amazing experience and would highly recommend her services to anybody looking to train their best furry friend no matter the challenges you’re facing !!!

My rescue dog has shown a lot of progress since starting lessons with BCL. He has had issues with aggression toward other dogs, anxiety and hyper sound sensitivity. Kristin connected well with him and has helped us with strategies to desensitize him and help him to feel less anxious outside the home. She has been very positive with him but firm and no nonsense, yet rewarding him when he deserves it.
