Blue Creek Canine offers a variety of training programs tailored to different needs. Group classes provide an environment for learning new behaviors and proofing established ones, helping dogs learn self-control with distractions and developing social skills. These classes are held at BarkParkMT and include Puppy/Basic Manners, Canine Good Citizen (CGC), Advanced Canine Good Citizen (CGCA), Intro to Rally, Advanced Rally Obedience, Creative Movement Class I, Movement Puzzles, Tricks class, Fun with Shaping, Balance, Awareness and Movement (BAM), Intro to Nose Work, and Mix Match. All group classes have an online curriculum to support homework.
Private training lessons offer focused one-on-one time to address specific issues, including basic manners, minor issues, and severe behavioral issues like reactivity and resource guarding. Packages include the Basic Training Package, Puppy Training Package, and Reactive Rover Training Package, all offering multiple sessions, unlimited access to training resources and videos, free access to the Online Canine Enrichment Self-study course, and continuous email and phone support. Day Training is available as an add-on service for current or past clients, involving the trainer working with the dog at new locations. In-home consultations are offered for issues within the home, including a consultation, training program, videos, and a follow-up. Phone and online video consultations are available for those unable to attend in-person, including a follow-up email with relevant articles and videos. An online monthly subscription service provides 24/7 access to a library of training videos covering various topics from basic to advanced skills, enrichment, and tricks.

Pricing Summary
Payment is usually required upfront for group classes or at the first private training session. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, Venmo, or online invoice.
Private Training Packages:
Basic Training Package (5 sessions): $599 (within city limits), plus $1 per mile outside city limits. Extra sessions can be added for $95/hour. Expires after 5 months.
Puppy Training Package (7 sessions): $799 (within city limits), plus $1 per mile outside city limits. Extra sessions can be added for $95/hour. Expires after 6 months.
Reactive Rover Training Package (8 sessions): $879 (within city limits), plus $1 per mile outside city limits. Extra sessions can be added for $95/hour. Expires after 6 months.
Day Training: $99 per session (within city limits, includes pick up/drop off). Available only to past or current clients.
In-Home Visit/Consultation: $249 (within city limits), plus $1 per mile outside city limits. Includes 90-120 minute consultation, email with training program, videos, online enrichment course access, and a 40-60 minute follow-up.
Phone or Online Video Call Consultation: 30 minutes for $60, 60 minutes for $115, 120 minutes for $209 (can be divided into 2 or 3 sessions). Prepayment required.
Online Monthly Subscription Service: Provides 24/7 access to a library of training videos, enrichment activities, tricks, and presentations.
Group Class Auditing: $29 for a 4-week class, $49 for a 6 or 7-week class.

Policies
For private training sessions, a $20 late cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 6 hours of the appointment. A $55 no-show fee or deduction of one session from a training package applies if cancelled within 3 hours or if the client does not show up without notice. Rescheduling a private session may take 2-3 weeks for a new slot to become available. Fees may be waived in some circumstances.
For group classes, a refund is issued if cancellation occurs before the class starts. If the class has already begun, a refund is only possible due to a medical issue. If a class conflicts with a client’s schedule after it has started, a credit will be issued for another suitable class instead of a refund. If a group class session is missed, it cannot be rescheduled, but clients have access to an online curriculum to stay on track.

How to Get Started!
To get started, dog owners can email Blue Creek Canine at bluecreekcanine@yahoo.com to discuss their dog’s concerns, issues, and goals. An individualized training plan will be created. For private training, clients are required to fill out and bring an Intake Form and Agreement to the first appointment. For phone or online video consultations, prepayment is required, and a behavior intake form along with videos must be emailed prior to the consultation. For group classes, prepayment is required to secure a spot, and clients must download and fill out the group class agreement. Before attending group classes, clients are advised to watch videos on charging a marker word, teaching gentle treat taking, and settling on a mat.
