Policies

Dogs in heat are not permitted in classes. If a dog goes into heat during a class series, owners may attend without the dog and make up missed material. They follow Omaha Public Schools’ inclement weather closures and close when schools are closed. No refunds are issued for unused prepaid daycare or training unless otherwise arranged, as shown in one case where a partial refund was denied and only unused funds were returned.
