Britney was amazing on teaching us ways to handle our new rescue dog. He started off only liking us and did not like to socialize or deal with people. Today he had his last in home training and he has changed so much for the better. I cannot express how helpful the training was for him but for us also. Britney is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain how to better understand how he communicates so we can better assist him to make him comfortable. He now goes to welcome people instead of just barking and being scared the whole time anyone is over. He is still protective of us, but has learned the difference and that not everyone is a threat.
