Pricing is provided per class, workshop, or private session, with specific rates listed for various offerings such as Rodeo Dog Workshop ($80), Scent-Work Level 3 ($205), Fetch Practice ($25), and private sessions ($40 for 30 minutes, $60 for 60 minutes). Audit options are available for some workshops at a reduced rate.
Payment is handled via invoice, with accepted methods including mailing a check, PayPal (with a convenience fee), or credit card invoice (with a convenience charge). Specific test fees are also listed, such as AKC CGC for $35, SPOT Evaluation for $30, and various AKC and DMWYD events ranging from $25 to $50, with additional costs for rosettes or virtual options.
Policies
All vaccine and titer records must be submitted by a licensed veterinarian, either via email or mail. Required vaccinations include a current Rabies Vaccine Certificate for dogs 6 months and older (Rabies titers are not accepted under Michigan Law) and proof of current Distemper Vaccine or recent titers.
Bordetella, yearly fecal exams, and flea/heartworm prevention are highly recommended. Puppies must have received at least two Distemper Vaccines from a licensed veterinarian, have a negative fecal exam, and be at least 12 weeks old to participate. Payment for classes and events is required upon receipt of an invoice.

Tenille Gross is the Owner and Training Director of Canine Adventures. She is a certified Canine Behavior and Training Specialist, having earned her Master Trainer Certificate in 2002. Her expertise includes specializing in aggression management and obedience.
Tenille’s professional background also includes two years as the head trainer for the obedience program at an elite dog training school in North Carolina, where she was responsible for instructing students and trained hundreds of police K9s that now serve worldwide. In the sport of Barn Hunt, Tenille has successfully titled six of her own dogs and has coached numerous other teams to achieve their titles, notably ranking 8th at the Barn Hunt Nationals in September 2016 with her dog, Ross. Her personal demo dogs, R.J. (American Pitbull Terrier) and Arlo (Belgian Malinois), have also achieved multiple titles in various dog sports.
How to Get Started!
To begin training with Canine Adventures, new clients are required to first complete the “Client Registration Form,” which can be found under the Registration tab on their website. Once registered, clients can then proceed to use the “Class Registration” button to enroll in desired classes and workshops.
For clients who are already registered with Canine Adventures, they can directly use the “Class Registration” button to sign up for new classes and workshops. It is important to note that vaccine records must be submitted separately via email or mail to finalize the registration process. After submitting an enrollment request, clients can expect to receive an email confirmation and an invoice for payment within 48 hours.
