Testimonials

Randi is the absolute best! Atlas and I came to her wanting to work on small behavioral things and polish up his training. She was able to recrate train him after months of me struggling to get him to adapt to a crate as well as work on distractions with him. She was super communicative the whole time Atlas was with her and keep me up to date on how we was doing. I will definitely be boarding Atlas in the future with her and definitely recommend her to anybody struggling with polishing up their dogs training!

I can’t say enough great things about Randi & our experience that Olive had!! She went in with typical puppy energy (jumping, biting, not listening the best) and came home with incredible manners, amazing recall, and a whole new level of listening skills. And she is still the same sweet girl! You can tell she was cared for like family while she was there — she felt right at home. Randi kept us updated the whole time, while also sending so many amazing pictures! The training results speak for themselves, but what stood out the most to us was the genuine love, and dedication that Randi has for the dogs. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pup!

Randi is amazing! I recently sent my dogs for 3 weeks training. I have two doberman, very good dogs but didn’t have time to train them the way they needed to be. They did such a great job with them. They are still the same dogs but so much better listeners. I can walk them with a leash or without also they don’t bark at everyone anymore. They have socializing skills now. I couldn’t ask for more.

About the Trainer

Canine Conversion Dog Training and Rehabilitation LLC, located in Delanson, NY, is owned and operated by Randi Moen, a certified Pet First Aid and CPR provider who specializes in board and train programs. Randi helps dog owners transform their pets’ behavior through intensive, facility-based training that focuses on obedience, impulse control, leash reactivity, crate training, and recall. Her programs include daily structured exercise, public outings, and exposure to distractions to ensure real-world reliability. She offers post-training support through Go Home lessons, email/text/video follow-ups, monthly group tune-up classes, and access to a private Facebook group. Randi works in tandem with Amber Barry of The Kinetic K9 for severe aggression cases, referring those clients appropriately. She uses professional tools including Herm Sprenger prong collars, Educator e-collars, long lines, and impact crates. Her facility is climate-controlled, fully surveilled, and sanitized daily. Randi also provides overnight boarding exclusively for past and current clients, with daily updates and photos. She emphasizes that success requires owner commitment after training, and she supports clients throughout their dog’s lifetime.

Randi’s journey began after personal experiences with dogs and an internship with Amber Barry. She founded her LLC in December 2024 after years of hands-on learning and corporate career transition. She owns two certified Canine Good Citizen dogs, Liv and Finley, who also assist in therapy work with elderly and hospice patients. Her training philosophy centers on calm, assertive leadership and consistency.

She does not offer in-home training, group classes for new clients, or services for dogs with bite history or severe aggression—these are referred to her mentor. Her services are tailored for dogs needing behavioral correction and obedience reinforcement, with a focus on long-term results through structured, immersive training.
