Renee completed her certification as a Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner (KPA-CTP) in 2015 and attained her Certified Canine Fitness Trainer certification through the University of Tennessee in 2019. She was also the Lead Trainer for the Puppy Jake Foundation from 2013-2018, designing their original service dog training program.

Mackenzie, another trainer, graduated summa cum laude from Drake University in 2019 and has been training dogs since spring 2021. She specializes in behavior modification and became a certified Fear Free trainer in February 2024.
