Policies
For boarding, check-out time is 10 AM, with a $30 late checkout fee applied after this time. Picking up or dropping off outside specified hours incurs a $30 early/late fee and may involve a wait of up to an hour. An overstay fee of $10 per day is applied if pets are not picked up as scheduled.
Dog food must be brought in an airtight plastic container; original food bags or large bags are not permitted due to limited storage and pest concerns. Pre-cooked meals and pre-measured Ziploc bags are allowed if stored within a plastic container. Beds and blankets are welcome but will be removed if the dog chews on them. Toys are allowed in kennels but may be removed for safety if destroyed or misplaced. Rawhide, cooked bones, and weight-bearing bones are not permitted.
Proof of DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccinations, along with a clean intestinal parasite (fecal) test from a veterinarian, are required for all dogs. Puppies under four months of age must provide age-appropriate vaccines and a clean fecal exam. All dogs are required to be on flea/tick prevention treatment from May to September. While spaying/neutering is not required, females in heat are not allowed in the facility and require an emergency contact for pickup.
Dogs that may cause harm will be conditioned to a Baskerville Basket muzzle for safe interactions. If an owner is uncomfortable with their dog being muzzled, they must arrange for their dog to be picked up, as dogs will not be secluded to a kennel 24/7. Day Camp and Transportation packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, but they do not expire and can be split between dogs from the same home.
