Tommy also has 18 years of experience coaching college basketball, which honed his teaching and behavioral modification skills.

Co-founder Vickie Dillon holds a Sociology degree from Eastern Kentucky University. She has achieved notable success, including earning AKC titles with her German Shepherd, Dixie, at just nine months old, securing first place twice. Vickie is also a graduate of the prestigious Nash Grooming Academy.
