Policies

Check-in for boarding is 1:00–5:00 PM Monday–Saturday; check-out is 7:00 AM–12:00 PM. Early or late drop-off/pickup incurs a $35 fee. No check-ins or check-outs on Sundays. No bedding, fabrics, or Kongs allowed unless prearranged. Food and medication must be provided. Boarding reservations are subject to additional fees during holidays and peak dates.
