Testimonials
“Andrea was our last hope… to keep our fearful reactive pup in our home after trying another program to the detriment of our relationship with our pup. Andrea is amazing at listening to you and your needs and taking it in small increments to help you understand what your pup needs from you! She has talked me down on multiple occasions and reminded me of our many successes along the way! She has also shared many resources to supplement our learning as well! In the end she can’t change your pup, but she is an empathetic master of her craft willing to share her knowledge to TEACH YOU how to change your relationship with your pup! Can’t recommend Andrea of Canyons Canine enough!!! Milo is a fan!!!”

“Andrea from Canyons Canine Training is truly a lifesaver! We enrolled our 6-month-old heeler mix puppy, Titou, to the three-week board and train program while we were away, and the results were astounding. Thanks to Andrea’s energy, knowledge, and dedication, Titou underwent a remarkable transformation. From a puppy lacking direction to a dog who now understands boundaries, leash/e-collar pressure, and loose leash walking, Andrea’s guidance was invaluable. Not only did Andrea equip Titou with the skills he needs to thrive, but she also empowered us as owners. Her thorough guidance and clear communication provided us with the tools to maintain and reinforce Titou’s training effectively.”

“Even after such a short stint, I picked up a completely different dog. I was referred to Andrea through multiple friends after a disastrous trip to Oregon with my English Setter puppy Finn. To start, we did a week long board/train where Andrea introduced an e-collar, which I was extremely nervous to do by myself. Even after such a short stint, I picked up a completely different dog. We continued training through 1:1 sessions where we focused on recall, place work, settling, playing with other dogs; so much stimuli. I found the 1:1 sessions to be absolutely invaluable as you often don’t realize how quickly your dog can be the one training you! She was insightful, offering a plethora of tools for the toolbox, which can be so crucial as our dogs are exposed to different settings. We still continue to visit day camp, where she introduces Finn to anything and everything, including group hikes all the way to running alongside a bike!”
