Policies

All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations or no-shows incur fees and are not rescheduled. Services must be completed within 60 days of purchase. Dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations and be free of contagious illness. Training results are not guaranteed and depend on owner consistency and the dog’s individual traits. Client assumes all liability for the dog’s actions.
