Dog Training Methodology
Methods:
- ✓ Balanced Training
Cayton’s Canine Training offers several program types. Private One on One Sessions are customized to the individual dog and owner’s needs, often conducted in the comfort of the client’s home, the trainer’s home, or another location conducive to training goals. Virtual Training Lessons are available for clients with specific questions or those living far away.
The Board and Train program allows dogs to stay with the trainer to expedite the learning process, aiming to achieve goals two to three times faster than private sessions. This program is ideal for busy dog owners and includes two handling sessions to ensure the owner’s success with their dog. Behavior modification is offered for a wide range of issues including jumping, off-leash training, coming when called, advanced obedience, house breaking, leash pulling, fear aggression, puppy training, basic obedience, crate training, greeting guests, reactivity, public manners, raising a puppy, mouthing/biting/barking, resource guarding, and grooming and veterinary restraint acceptance.
