Accomplishments

Andrew Horan, the founder of Citizen K9, served 8 years in the U.S. Army Counterintelligence Corps and 4 years as a government contractor and DoD Civilian before pursuing dog training. He graduated in the top of his class from the Triple Crown Academy for Professional Dog Trainers (now Starmark Academy) with a certification in canine training and behavior modification. After his formal education, he worked under two very experienced trainers for a year.
