Pre-registration and payment are required for classes, with the exception of Drop-In Conformation Classes. Receipt of payment does not guarantee a slot; registration status will be confirmed, and a full refund is issued if a class is filled before registration is processed. The club does not maintain wait lists.
Refunds or transfers to another class are possible with at least three days’ notification prior to the class start, subject to class space availability. In case of class cancellation due to inclement weather or other emergencies, instructors will contact participants, and make-up classes will be scheduled. For membership, renewals are due by September 30th; members are considered in arrears between October 1st and October 31st (requiring non-member class fees) and lapsed after October 31st, necessitating reapplication.
