Group Classes: Puppy Manners & Socialization I (for puppies 12 weeks – 6 months) focuses on house-training, chew training, proper socialization, good manners (Sit, Down, Come, Leave It), encouraging nice play, handling & grooming, and developing focus. Puppy Manners 2: The Next Level (for puppies under 1 year who completed Puppy 1) builds on basic skills, applying them to real-life situations including recalls around distractions, stays, impulse control, door manners, confidence building, attention, focus, and polite leash walking.
Basic Manners & Obedience (for adolescent & adult dogs over 6 months) focuses on real-life behaviors like Sit, Down, Stay, Come, Heel, calm greetings, impulse control, attention around distractions, effective play, and troubleshooting problem behaviors. Agility 1: Introduction to Obstacles (for dogs at least 1 year old who completed a basic manners class) introduces dogs to common agility obstacles and handlers to basic rules and handling skills, taught mostly to AKC Regulations. Prep for Canine Good Citizenship & AKC Tricks Titling (for dogs who completed basic classes) combines AKC’s CGC Program and AKC Tricks Titling Program for learning new skills, fun, and bonding.
Private Training offers one-on-one lessons for customized instruction, flexible scheduling, or addressing behavior issues not suitable for group settings. Behavior Consulting begins with an initial 1-hour consultation for assessment and history discussion, followed by sessions to teach skills for managing and improving behaviors like over-reactivity, fear/shyness, aggression, anxiety, and hyper-arousal. Sports & Performance Classes (Agility & CGC) require completion of a basic manners class or equivalent. All classes require current vaccinations, and some advanced classes require instructor permission.

For dogs with aggression, fear, or reactivity issues, or those severely stressed by a group setting, consultation with the trainer is required before registering. Class space is limited, so early registration is encouraged to guarantee a spot. Permission of the instructor is required for some advanced classes.
