Training is delivered through customized Mind & Manners™ plans combining behavior modification (Mind) and obedience (Manners). Options include 12-week private lesson packages, 2- to 3-week in-home board and train programs, group classes for real-world exposure, and virtual training. Puppy programs include a 85-page playbook, private or virtual lessons, board and train at 6 months, and free group classes for one month. All programs include homework, video support, and follow-up guidance.

Private lessons, board and train, and puppy programs are offered in structured packages. Puppy Primary is $1,800, Puppy Protégé is $2,850, and Puppy PhD is $3,850.
