Agility classes require dogs to be friendly with people and dogs, non-reactive, physically sound, and have basic obedience with good recall. For younger dogs, simpler challenges are set to avoid impact.

Eileen Koval holds multiple certifications including Certified Dog Behavior Consultant (CDBC) from IAABC, Certified Behavior Consultant Canine – Knowledge Assessed (CBCC-KA), and Certified Professional Dog Trainer – Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA). She is currently pursuing an M.S. in Applied Animal Behavior and Welfare at Husson University.

How to Get Started!

To get started, clients should schedule an initial appointment, which is conducted virtually via Zoom. During this up to two-hour consultation, Eileen will discuss the dog’s history, set goals, evaluate the dog in its home environment, identify safety measures, and begin immediate training and solutions. Follow-up appointments can be in-person (within 15 minutes drive of 89143) or virtual, typically every 1-2 weeks.
