Conyers Canines offers three main programs: the Trained Puppy Program, Board and Train, and Virtual Puppy Coaching. The Trained Puppy Program, available nationwide, focuses on teaching puppies life skills, communication, and how to be well-rounded, mature dogs, with puppies trained at CC’s home location and delivered to the client’s home.
The Board and Train program is for dogs of all ages and backgrounds, including those with aggression or fear behaviors, offering 14-day (LVL I) and 28-day (LVL II) options, with customized courses also available. Dogs receive one-on-one training, daily exercise, socialization, and are not crated.
Virtual Puppy Coaching provides online sessions (Mini, Standard, Full, Burst) for ongoing support, training, and education, including online courses and live feeds, allowing clients to customize their schedule. All programs emphasize communication, behavioral conditioning, and understanding dog psychology, with ongoing support for graduates.

About the Trainer
Conyers Canines is a family-made, owned, and operated dog training business established in 2012, founded by Aly Conyers-Capito, who learned fundamental skills from her father, Ken Conyers. They prioritize family, viewing pets as lifelong commitments and extending their “CC family” to include graduates and their owners, offering ongoing support.
They focus on going “beyond training” by emphasizing behavioral conditioning, in-depth training, and teaching animal psychology and enrichment to human clients. Their goal is to share knowledge, help people understand their dogs, and foster a connection to the natural world. They believe in evidence-based theories and techniques, many developed in-house over years of experience.
Conyers Canines aims to help dogs and people better understand each other, enabling dogs to be well-mannered, social, confident, and capable of accompanying their families anywhere. They offer programs for all ages, breeds, and backgrounds, including those with aggression and fear behaviors, and provide services locally in Chattanooga/Signal Mountain and nationwide through virtual and in-person programs.
Accomplishments
Conyers Canines was established in 2012, with founder Aly Conyers-Capito having learned fundamental dog training skills from her father, Ken Conyers, during childhood. The business is family-made, owned, and operated. They have been training and raising dogs since 2013 and have a large number of graduates from their Trained Puppy Program and Board and Train Program.
In 2015, Aly began developing their specialized puppy raising, training, and homing program to address common reasons for pet surrender due to behavioral problems. In December 2024, they expanded their boarding space with the purchase of Doghouse Chattanooga.
How to Get Started!
To begin with the Board and Train program, prospective clients should use the contact form or email to request an application. For cases involving aggression or fear behaviors, an in-person evaluation with Aly is required before enrollment.
For Virtual Puppy Coaching, clients submit an enrollment request via the Bookings page or direct contact, followed by a 15-minute video call interview with the Lead Trainer, Aly, to discuss goals and program options.
