Testimonials
Our big guy Bogey has been working with Meredith since the very beginning, and we truly could not be more grateful to have found her. Thanks to Meredith, our 100+ lb Rottweiler is attentive, easy to live with, and has really embraced his gentle side.
When Bogey was a puppy, we did two board-and-train sessions with her–and he came home a completely transformed dog. Since then, we’ve continued to rely on Meredith and Kaylah for boarding whenever we travel. Their five-acre property is absolute dog heaven, and Bogey is always sad to leave their loving, spoiled care.
We recommend Meredith’s business to every dog owner we know. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Meredith and Kaylah!

Had to leave a second review to share how amazing Kylah and her team are. I have an extremely anxious dog, he suffers with separation anxiety. Kylah and Curated Canines changed our lives for the better. I can’t recommend them enough for all dogs, especially anxious ones.
Kylah and team continue to support us with training tips and refreshers, as well as boarding. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with your dog!
xoxo Lyndsay
While Kylah seemed confident in her methods, I found that she was dismissive of my concerns as a dog owner. I was diligent in following the training, but over time, my dog’s reactivity returned. Despite follow-up sessions, I felt the reliance on the e-collar was not effective, and it even appeared to cause my dog distress. When I raised concerns about trying other methods, they were dismissed, and kylah condescendingly felt the need to send me videos about what my dog was bred to do, which I am well aware of and was well aware of long before I adopted her. This left me feeling insulted, frustrated and disappointed.
In my experience, the training method did not offer long-term results, particularly for anxious dogs. The use of the e-collar felt more like a constant correction tool rather than a means to build real communication with my dog. Even if that was Pavlov’s training method exclusively, Kylah doubled down on it when I brought up concerns and belittled me through text message.
Before committing to a board and train program, especially at this price, I would advise considering alternative approaches if your dog is anxious. I’m saddened to leave this review but feel it’s important to share my experience. I will note that Meredith kindly reached out to me and apologized for the experience I had with Kylah.
