Policies

The Puppy Class course is non-refundable. All Board and Train clients must first book a Dog Training Evaluation. For the safety of other dogs, proof of current vaccinations from a veterinarian’s office is required before a canine can be kept in their kennel for boarding or training.

For daily training, drop-off begins at 8:30 AM, and pick-up must be by 5:00 PM, or the dog will be kept overnight for boarding. Pick-up/drop-off services are limited to a 10-mile roundtrip. For veterinarian office visits, clients are required to make payment directly to their veterinarian before Custom Canine Unlimited’s Kennel Technician leaves the office with the canine, as CCU is not responsible for payment.

How to Get Started!

To get started, Custom Canine Unlimited requires a “No Obligation” Dog Training Evaluation for each dog an owner wishes to have trained for a specific purpose. New clients must book a full one-hour session for their first training session to allow trainers ample time to develop an Individualized Training Plan (ITP). Ahead of any evaluation or first session, clients must have their veterinarian’s office email the canine’s vaccine records to the Kennel Master for clearance.
