I enrolled my yellow lab in the basic obedience course. I had trained her at home but wanted to do some training with other dogs and people around as distractions. The first couple of classes were good, but by week three it became more about training the dogs to be show dogs rather than basic obedience. This class is good if you want to show your dog, but wouldn’t suggest it if your are looking for basic obedience. The main focus and the reiterated phrase tends to be “if you are showing your dog”.
