Would give them a Zero if I could. Spending over $300 on a collar the only half worked half the time, with in months of purchase. I was asked to send it back to see if it could be repaired leaving me with no collar for a young pup in training. Get it back and has the exact same issue asked for a refund as I could not wait to send it back.I was refused a refund instead offered a new collar only once mine was received by them or a credit to use on their other products. I took the new collar because they had my money already, but ordered a Dogtra overnight Express. I have never even tested the new DT I am just to disgusted with it

Absolutely garbage and won’t honor a warranty. I bought a collar with 1 mile range and couldn’t get more than 50 feet out of it. This place is a scam.

Spent $200 on a collar that stopped working and when i sent it in with my warranty card, they claimed they couldnt find the card and then tried charging me for parts and labor. do not buy this product or from this company
