Policies

For monthly competition classes, students must pay a fee each month to hold their spot, regardless of attendance. An exception, called a “Student Sabbatical,” allows for a one-month reprieve from payment due to injury or illness of the student or dog. This sabbatical is available once per 12-month period and must be requested via email to depawagility@gmail.com before the first of the month.

If a student stops paying monthly fees without notice, DePaw reserves the right to fill the spot after two months. Priority for filling open spots is given first to graduates of DePaw’s Starters Series, then to former students, and finally to brand new students who trained elsewhere.
