Testimonials

I cannot say enough good things about Torie’s help with working with our puppy, Susie. We worked with Torie for 8 months and our dog is happy and well-adjusted. She goes in her crate on her own free-will, loves going to the dog park (and can read other dogs she should avoid), happily rides in a dog cart behind our bicycles, and whilst traveling in a mobile crate, is calm and relaxed on a Tri-met bus or on the Max. Torie guided us through all of these things. From attending puppy socials and guiding our dog through those, to learning to leash walk appropriately, to adjusting to everyday issues like learning to live with a vacuum cleaner, again, Torie was there.

Our favorite part of our sessions with Torie was watching how she modeled handling Susie. She is a true master at this and when we could see how easily she could get Susie to happily do a given behavior, we knew we could too by following her example.

In short, we adore Susie and the relationship has definitely been enhanced by Torie’s patient help and gentle guidance.

I highly recommend Torie!

I reached out to Torie to help my dog get over a phobia of riding in the car. Within an hour, we had a game plan and we were on our way to solving the problem. She not only helped us, but she was so genuinely invested in our little fella and helping him. I look for people with big brains and hearts when I need help and Torie with Diamond Dogs has both in spades!

Torie was a great trainer for my little Chihuahua/Min Pin mix. We live a full-time nomadic life that can be a strain on my little 11-month-old pup, and Torie was exceptional at training our little one to socialize and not bark at strangers or other dogs when out in public. Torie was very flexible with our schedule and has an easy online booking system to arrange your sessions. Our little pup LOVES Torie and was so excited every time we had a session. In 8 sessions Torie helped turn an anxious un-socialized pup into a very social and confident pup ready for public dog parks and regular outings while we travel. Highly recommend Torie!
