I adopted a shelter dog in December 2023 and she has had some behavioral issues that I wanted to get addressed and fixed. I decided that this company seemed like a good fit as the facility was close to my house, and they had good reviews and the price was very fair. I booked a consultation for a Saturday, took my dog there, met with them for about 15 minutes and decided on the private 5 week training session. We decided to start that next Thursday and the sessions would be at our house. I gave him my address by text, and it was confirmed received. Thursday appointment time came and no one ever showed up, and I was never notified that the training session was cancelled. We were excited to get everything started but now we are back to square one.

We just adopted our 3 year old mix and, while he is such a sweet boy, desperately needed some basic training. We found Durand through the daycare near us (PetSet!) and he was able to fit us into his schedule for one on one training on weeknights, and we saw immediate results. Durand is kind and patient with both Tanni, and us, and you can tell how much of a passion he has for dogs and dog training. We practiced impulse control, and he is nailing sit, stay, and focus, and are working on Tannis confidence around other dogs. I couldn’t recommend Durand enough. We will be utilizing his group classes and more advanced training ASAP!
