My husband and I were referred by a friend. We are from West Virginia and took our two, 3 month old Rottweilers to this trainer, Jay Walker on April the 8th. We drove 4 hours to Columbus Ohio where we met Jay with our dogs. We were told that they would receive a 10 week obedience training and paid $4800 that day. We would receive a text from him weekly for $50 to provide dog food for them. I messaged him on Mothers Day asking for a picture or a video of our dogs. He said he would send one later as he was having dinner at his grandmothers. I never received a picture. A week or so later I messaged again & he still yet did not send a picture or a video. He called my husband on a random day and told him that our dogs fought a lot and he didn’t know how they would act as they got older. The 10 week mark came around and he gave us the run around on picking our dogs up. Finally, after almost 16 weeks my husband and son met with the friend in Columbus who referred Jay because Jay was supposed to be meeting with our dogs at 6:30 that day. He called saying that one of our dogs got in a fight with friends dog who was also in training, on the way to meet them. Friends dog supposedly bit out dog and he bled out. He refused to show proof that our dog passed away. Refused to take my husband to his property where our deceased dog was supposed to be at. We did get one of our dogs back with zero training. He had our dogs for 16 weeks, the major part of their puppy stage & they have absolutely no training. We did not receive a refund or anything. I’m pretty sure he probably sold our dog the day we dropped him off.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MAN & I PRAY THAT NO ONE EVER TRUSTS HIM WITH THEIR DOG!!
