Board and Train Programs: Dogs live in the trainer’s home for intensive training. Daily report cards are provided. Programs include the Two Week Standard Board And Train focusing on manners and commands like Sit, Place, Heel (On and Off-Leash), Down, Come on Command, Off, with guaranteed commands, e-collar, leash, owner training, and lifetime refreshers. Puppy Board And Train (One or Two Week) offers introductory treat training for basic commands. Hybrid Board And Train includes pre-board-and-train lessons for reactive/aggressive dogs or puppies. Aggressive or Advanced Board And Train (Three or Four Week) addresses aggressive behaviors or advanced command work.

In-Home Lessons: Private lessons at the client’s home. Basic Obedience (4 lessons) covers core commands. Advanced Obedience (8 lessons) builds on basic commands with additional advanced skills.

Boarding: In-home individualized boarding for dogs that have completed Off Leash K9 training. Space is limited, offering one-on-one attention, playtime, and remedial training. Dogs must be vaccinated and have their own indoor/outdoor kennel space. Dog-friendly dogs may play in supervised small groups. A two-day minimum applies, unless abutting a board and train. Cat boarding is for one family at a time, requiring vaccinations and negative fecal tests. Exotic animal boarding is also available, requiring animals to be okay around dogs.

AKC Testing: Individual and group AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) pre-testing and testing are offered. Pre-testing includes a mock test, feedback, and suggestions. Testing is performed in a public setting.

Pricing Summary

Training payments are processed through the Off Leash K9 Admin team, not directly to Jacob. Boarding payments can be made via Venmo, cash, or check. Checks must be presented one week before boarding.

Training programs include: Two Week Standard Board And Train ($3150), One Week Puppy Board And Train ($1400), One Week Puppy Plus Two Week Standard Board And Train ($4550), Two Week Puppy Board And Train ($2400), Hybrid Board And Train ($3800), Three Week Aggressive or Advanced Board And Train ($4700), Four Week Aggressive or Advanced Board And Train ($5800). In-Home Lessons are $1200 for Basic Obedience (4 lessons) and $2000 for Advanced Obedience (8 lessons).

Boarding rates are: Dog Daily Rate ($60, two-day minimum), Dog Single Day ($75, only with abutting Board And Train), Cat Daily Rate – Single Cat ($30, two-day minimum), Additional Cat Daily Rate ($10, two-day minimum, same household), Exotic Animal Daily Rate – Single ($10-$80, two-day minimum). An Unplanned / No Show Dog Daily Rate is $100.

AKC testing services include: Individual AKC CGC Pre-Testing ($60), Individual AKC CGC Testing ($40), and Group AKC CGC Testing ($25).

Policies

Boarding has a minimum of two days, unless it’s a single day added to an abutting Off Leash K9 board and train appointment. Each calendar day counts as a day regardless of drop-off or pick-up time. Unplanned/no-show pick-ups incur a $100 daily rate plus additional fees for supplies. AKC testing payments are non-refundable and must be made prior to confirmation of the testing date and time.
