Dog Training 101 offers a variety of group classes and private lessons. Group classes include Puppy Kindergarten (4 weeks, for puppies under 6 months, covering bite inhibition, crate training, potty training, and basic manners), Basic Obedience (6 weeks, for all ages, based on AKC CGC pledge, introducing basic skills and household manners), Intermediate Obedience (6 weeks, for dogs over 6 months, focusing on off-leash reliability, duration, distractions, and distance work), Agility for Fun (6 weeks, for dogs over 6 months who completed Basic Obedience, training dog/handler teams in agility course skills), and Trick Dog Training (6 weeks, for all ages, based on AKC Trick Dog guidelines). Private lessons are one-on-one, customized sessions. They also offer Open Gym Play for training clients with well-behaved social dogs. All dogs require Distemper/Parvo and Rabies vaccinations.

Pricing Summary
Classes range from $95 for a 4-week puppy class to $151 for a 6-week agility class. Private lessons are available for $65 per hour, and open gym play sessions are $10. A $30 24-hour cancellation fee applies to all bookings.

Krista’s deep connection with dogs began in her childhood, leading her to a career that initially involved training service dogs to assist individuals with disabilities. Today, she is dedicated to empowering pet owners and their dogs through a life coaching approach to training.
The business focuses on nurturing and strengthening the pet-owner bond through various obedience and agility training programs, all while utilizing positive reinforcement and establishing clear rules and boundaries. Beyond her professional work, Krista is also actively involved in the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of shelter dogs.
