Pricing & Policies

Pricing Summary

Clients are required to pay for services at the start of their training program, with rates set forth in the “Agreement.” Prices are subject to change without notice, and seasonal rates may apply. Charges begin on the day the dog starts training.

The business is authorized to debit the client’s bank account for all services. If payment is declined or not paid in full by checkout, the pet must be returned to the owner, who remains liable for all incurred charges, including extended stays. The business reserves the right to collect any unpaid balance, and clients are responsible for all collection costs and fees.

Policies

A $300 cancellation fee per dog is charged if a client cancels for any reason. The remaining deposit after the cancellation fee is only refunded if the cancellation occurs up to 3 weeks before the training start date. If cancellation happens within 3 weeks of the start date, the full deposit is forfeited. Clients are also responsible for processing fees if the original payment was made via credit card.

The business reserves the right to refuse a pet at check-in if it appears sick, injured, in pain, or if its behavior could jeopardize the health or safety of other pets or staff. All pets must be healthy and have up-to-date vaccinations. If a pet is found to have fleas or ticks, appropriate treatment may be provided at the owner’s additional expense. If a pet becomes ill or injured, or if a pre-existing condition is aggravated, the business will attempt to notify the owner or agent. If unreachable, the business may engage a veterinarian of its choice and administer medicine at the owner’s expense. In critical cases, veterinary care may be sought before contacting the owner. Owners are responsible for any injury their pet causes to another pet.

Testimonials

“Sending our mini Australian shepherd puppy to train with Mary was the best decision we made. We signed up for the 10-day boarding program, and it is worth every penny. We dropped off a very energetic puppy who didn’t listen to us, and we picked up a very energetic puppy who follows every command she learned. I highly recommend dog training now to anyone who wants to train or socialize their dogs.”
– Maggie Figueroa

“We have sent our dog to Mary and Dog Training Now twice, one for basic obedience and then for advanced off-leash training. Both experiences have wonderful! He has learned the exact skills we wanted him to have, but more importantly he has had a fun, positive experience while away! We really liked how Mary takes only small groups of dogs at a time, and it is clear that he receives plenty of personal attention. Both times he has come back well-trained and still his loving, goofy self which was so important to us. We would absolutely recommend Mary to anyone!”
– Amanda Ranahan

“Mary is a true dog whisper!! Sending my pup to her for 10 days of board and train was a great decision. I’m going to send her back yearly. She came back so well behaved and had learned so much.If you’re considering a dog trainer look no further!!”
– Garrett Watson
