The 2 Week Puppy Board and Train is a private in-home program covering basics like crate training, potty training, sit, down, recall, loose leash walking, and house manners. It includes the ability to return for vacation boarding.

The Behavior Modification Board and Train Service is a private in-home comprehensive system restart for dogs, focusing on decompression and self-soothing techniques to address issues such as reactivity, aggression, nervousness, lunging, and excessive barking. This program includes 2 in-home follow-up sessions and a blueprint of your dog.

Private in-home one-on-one training sessions are customized based on the individual needs, breed genetics, lifestyles, and temperaments of both people and pets. Adventure Trips involve group activities like training reinforcement, swimming, hiking, and socializing in Massachusetts wilderness areas, starting with one-on-one bonding sessions for new pups.

Out and About Services are hands-on training reinforcement programs, 2-4 hours in duration, focusing on socialization and manners outside the home, available for clients who have had private in-home sessions. Private Boarding offers in-home vacation care for active hiking or training clients, customizing the stay to match the dog’s normal schedule.

Pricing Summary

2 Week Puppy Board and Train Service: $2,200.00. Behavior Modification Board and Train Service: $2,999.00. Private in-home one on one training: $110.00. Private Boarding 1 dog: $75.00 (+$20 Holiday wkd). Adventure Trips-Part-Time: $45+ for 2 or 3 days per week, 1 dog. Adventure Trips-Full Time: $40 per day (4 or more days per week). Out and About Services: $75.00. Out and About-CLASS: $200.00. Afterpay is available for payments.

Private Boarding is only available for active hiking or training clients. Out and About Services are for clients who have had in-home private sessions with Doggone Fit.

Accomplishments

The team at Doggone Fit brings over 30 years of hands-on training experience. Heidi Frank, the Owner/Trainer, holds an AS in Canine Science from Mount Ida College (1993), where she double majored in Behavior and Grooming.

Jillian Harper, a Trainer/Hiker, has been with Doggone Fit since early 2020. She is an AKC Good Citizen evaluator and teaches the AKC Smart Puppy Program. Jillian has spent over 15 years raising and training service dogs for various programs throughout Massachusetts and competes in scent work, shed hunt, and tracking.

How to Get Started!

To get started, clients can book services directly. A contact form is available where clients provide their name, email, phone, service needed, address, and indicate if their dog is crate trained. They can also select whether they want the trainer to train their dog or to be shown how to train their dog.
