Testimonials

“We have taken our dog to Dogs and Kat since she was a puppy. We went through puppy play, obedience classes, rally and agility classes. All of our teachers have been great from Trip and Jenn to Kat herself. There is such a good array of classes and we love that they use positive reinforcement training. Alta gets so excited when we pull up to the building. We love Dogs and Kat so much our new puppy has just started puppy play there. We can’t recommend all of the awesome staff and classes at Dogs and Kat enough!”
– Hiland Langhans, Nashville TN

“Since 2011, I have taken my dogs to Dogs & Kat for training because Kat Martin is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. Not only is class a lot of fun, the dogs tend to learn very quickly because of Kat’s ability to understand what each dog needs in order to be successful. Kat’s warm personality, professionalism, and clear communication style make it a very positive environment to train your dog. I highly recommend Dogs & Kat!”
– Debbie Huntley, Nashville TN

“Today was a BIG day for Riley as she was in a therapy dog event at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital… Riley and Tim have been volunteering every week at Vanderbilt at Hundred Oaks for many months and have been asked to interview for a volunteer spot at Vandy Children’s Hospital Emergency Room. Riley and I go to a senior facility, Park Manor, every other week, as well. We are so grateful that Riley is able to bring so much happiness to others which allows us to be able to serve as well. These opportunities would not be available to us had it not been for the great foundation that you helped set with all of her (and our) training! We are so grateful for your work with all of us and wanted you to know how meaningful it was and continues to be to us and others! We certainly would not be doing this without your patient training and all of your encouragement!” Thank you so very much.
— Tim, Holli, and Riley Dilks
