Dog Training Methodology
Dogs For Life Inc. trains hearing and service dogs, and provides therapy dogs for first responders and school resource programs. They offer specialized training to provide independence and self-reliance for people with needs such as hearing, mobility, and emotional impairment, including veterans with PTSD. They also have a “Veterans Training Veterans” program which teaches veterans how to help and train service dog teams. The training takes place at their 2,400 sq. ft. air-conditioned Training Center located on their 4+ acre Off-Leash Dog Park campus.

They are an accredited member of Assistance Dogs International and are actively expanding their assistance dog program to meet the high demand. The organization also hosts fundraising events like the Patriots Awards & Graduation Ceremony and offers educational programs.
