Basic obedience commands like sit, stay, come, down, leave it, and drop it are covered, along with off-lead training and recall.
Specialized programs include therapy dog training, AKC-approved Instruction and Evaluation for Canine Good Citizen, S.T.A.R. Puppy Program, AKC Community Canine, and Urban CGC. The trainer also assists with proper handling in dog runs, clicker and marker training, supervised puppy play dates, elevator and lobby etiquette, overcoming fears (e.g., stairs, cars), and even training for photo shoots, weddings, and teaching tricks.

Testimonials
“Drew is a world apart from the alpha-dog school of training – instead he uses the best parts of a dog’s personality (enthusiasm, desire to please) to create great results. He does this with positivity, consistency and keen observation. Our biggest regret during a recent move was depriving our dog – and family – of Drew!”
– Marilyn Bellock (NYC)
“I’ve seen Drew work miracles with dogs that were on the brink of being given up. He’s caring, sensitive and really tunes in for solutions. He’s not just there with you on training days. Drew will keep thinking about solutions tirelessly every day, all day until he reaches a total breakthrough.”
– Jo Sherwood (NYC)
“Everything you taught us WORKED! On our walk home, we encountered several (more like 20) dogs and he didn’t even pull on the leash, let alone bark at them. He stayed right next to me on the leash, never pulled and was an absolutely perfect dog. Thanks so much for all of your guidance. We knew we had an awesome dog, but didn’t know how awesome he would turn out. Thanks so much. We want to work on many more things. But right now, all of the socialization work we did over the past couple months has really worked. We are so happy!”
– Trevor & Nancy Ricci (NYC)
