Dynamic Canine Training

Dynamic Canine Training offers various programs for puppies and adult dogs. For adult dogs, private training includes an initial evaluation, followed by private lessons. Adult Board & Train programs include a 2-Week Basic Obedience program for dogs 6 months and older with no major behavioral problems, focusing on 5 basic on-leash commands, crate manners, and household manners. A 4-Week Behavior Modification Board & Train is for dogs with more serious issues such as leash reactivity, fear, anxiety, aggression, or resource guarding.

Puppy training includes a 6-week group Puppy Class for puppies 10-20 weeks old, covering crate training, potty training, problem behavior prevention, grooming, handling, simple obedience, and socialization. Private training for puppies is also available, with lessons focusing on basic obedience, household manners, potty training, and common puppy issues. Puppy Board & Trains are offered for puppies 8-16 weeks old, including a 2-Week program for foundational training in crate/potty training, socialization, and basic commands, and a 3-4 Week Hybrid program combining in-home private sessions with a board & train stay for more comprehensive training.

The 6-week group puppy class costs $299, with a $100 deposit required for enrollment. Private lessons are paid per lesson. Private lesson packages include “The Basics” (four lessons), “Beyond The Basics” (four lessons), and “Platinum” (six lessons). Training collars and remote training collars are included in some packages. Board & Train programs are available for 2 weeks (Basic Obedience) or 4 weeks (Behavior Modification). Policies

Dynamic Canine Training does not offer a 100% guarantee due to variables like owner commitment and consistency. However, they are committed to client success and will assist in reaching goals if owners are committed and put in the required work.

For Board & Train programs, owners are responsible for providing food and medications. Weekly picture/video updates are provided upon request. Owners will have a halfway lesson during the Board & Train and a go-home lesson upon completion, followed by a follow-up lesson 2-3 weeks later. Owners are expected to follow written instructions and maintain consistency for continued success, as training can revert if not reinforced.

During a Board & Train, owner visits are not permitted to avoid setting back training progress.

She has experience with private training and running various group classes, including Puppy Class, Therapy Dog Class, Agility & Rally Classes. Angela is a Certified Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and has successfully trained and certified numerous Canine Good Citizens.

How to Get Started!

All new clients begin with an initial evaluation, which lasts up to an hour. During this evaluation, the trainer discusses current behavioral issues, training goals, assesses the dog’s temperament and trainability, and then provides a recommended training plan. After the evaluation, clients can choose between private lessons or board & train programs based on their lifestyle and dog’s needs.
