Policies

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are detailed during the mandatory consultation. For Board and Train programs, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Intact female dogs in heat are not permitted in the Social Club. The business does not currently accept cases of dog aggression or human aggression for behavioral modification programs.

To begin any training program, a free consultation is mandatory. For Social Club or Boarding services, new clients must create an online profile through their client portal, upload or email vaccination records (at least 72 hours prior to drop-off), and pass a Membership Trial.
