Welcome to The Exceptional Pet Dog Training, LLC, a dedicated dog training center located in Newtown, Connecticut. They offer private behavioral consultations and training for pet dogs throughout Northern Fairfield County, as well as group obedience classes for puppies, beginners, and more advanced students.
The Exceptional Pet is proud to be Fairfield County’s only dedicated dog training facility, featuring a fully matted, 3000+ square foot space. Their trainers are uniquely qualified as the only ones in the area to have passed the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers test.
Beyond training, The Exceptional Pet is a proud supporter of The Exceptional Sidekick, an organization providing service dogs to local teens and young adults. They also won the 2017 Philanthropy Award for their extensive donations to various local charities and organizations in Newtown.
