He has participated in the sport of Schutzhund/IPO for over fifteen years, winning the 2012 Long Coat Sieger Championship with a dog he bred, raised, and trained.

Mario is also a national level training helper/decoy, having assisted numerous handler-trainers and their canines in protection prior to making world teams. Amanda, the head groomer, has many years of experience, completed her grooming certification at American Academy of Pet Grooming, and apprenticed under a top NYC groomer.
