EZ PUPS

My dog Riley would drag me around with the leash, would want to chase after bicyclists, and other dogs. I had a 70 lb dog jumping up on me with excitement every time he saw me. He also wouldn’t get along with our two senior poodles. After looking into training facilities, I brought my belgian malinois here at a desperate attempt to change him. He spent a little over six weeks with ezpups, and we got him back a completely changed my handsome baby! He no longer jumps up on family members, doesn’t have an aggressive compulsion to chase after any breathing thing he comes across, he gets along with the other dogs in our home. And I can walk him without any issues! Thank you so much to his trainers over at ezpups in San Diego, you guys have allowed us to take him out in public areas without any issues. I will bring him back for further training!

I sent my 1.5-year-old Australian Shepherd, Koda, to EZ Pups for their 6-week training program, and the experience completely exceeded my expectations. From the start, I was in regular communication with Andrew, who provided weekly updates and videos, which really helped ease my mind. He was also incredibly responsive and supportive after training, always available to answer any questions I had. Before training, walks were stressful, and outings felt overwhelming. Now, Koda no longer pulls on the leash, has reliable recall, and holds commands until I release him, those were my top goals going into training. Because of that, I can confidently take him to restaurants, the dog park, farmers markets, and more without the anxiety I used to feel. Everywhere we go, people stop me to compliment how well-behaved he is and ask how I trained him. I always tell them EZ Pups! I was hesitant about the price at first, but after going through the process and seeing Koda’s transformation, I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat with any future dog.

The team at EZ Pups was great! At first I was apprehensive to do board and train because it is sometimes expensive and also results may vary once they get out of the training environment. We sent both of our 3 year old pups to the team at EZ Pups for the 6 week board and train to help with leash manners, advanced obedience, and off leash recall. The team went above and beyond, and when we got our pups back they were like new dogs! We were worried they would come back without their personalities and fun quirks we like but everything was the same, but now they are a dream on the leash/off leash and in the home! Before they had no recall and now they are great and we can take them to dog beaches/parks without worry that they won’t listen to us. It is truly freeing. Andrew always sent timely updates and was extremely responsive when we would worry about them or have questions. On our follow up we had the opportunity to get more training and continue to positively reinforce the training that was provided by the team at EZ Pups. If you are on the fence for training, do it with EZ Pups. San Diego is very dog friendly and it is 10x better when you can indulge in all the dog friendly activities with your furry friends without stress. Thanks again for the great experience!
